01  /  About

Two businesses, run separately.

Full Rich Limited runs two businesses, and they are kept apart. Web marketing and promotion is client work — companies engage us to reach audiences in markets outside their own, and we plan and run that work on their behalf, anywhere in the world. E‑commerce is our own — online stores that the company owns and operates itself, on its own account. One is a service we sell. The other is a business we run. They are not the same thing, and we do not present them as one.

On the client side, the work begins with a market rather than a campaign. A site that performs well in one country rarely performs unchanged in the next: search behaviour differs, the vocabulary differs, the payment habits and the delivery expectations differ, and the things a visitor needs to see before they trust a page are not the same everywhere. We read those differences first, then build the promotion around them — rather than translating the surface and hoping the rest carries over.

Our own stores are where that work is done on our own money. They are operated in‑house, day to day, with no client attached.

We are based in Nassau, Bahamas, with a second office in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. The two locations let us keep working hours across Asian and Atlantic time zones.

Global Web Marketing & Promotion

This is the business we sell. Client companies engage us to reach audiences in markets outside their own, and we plan and run that work on their behalf — anywhere in the world.

It starts with the question of who is actually reachable. We map the search demand, the referral routes and the placements that exist in a target market, then decide which of them are worth doing properly. From there the work is concrete: rewriting pages so they read as though they were written for that market rather than translated into it, structuring the site so search engines can index it in the right language and region, and running the acquisition channels that suit the category — search, display, affiliate, editorial placement, or some combination of them.

Measurement is set up before the first campaign runs, not after it. We agree with the client what a useful outcome looks like, instrument the site so that outcome is visible, and report against it plainly. Where a channel is not earning its place, we say so and stop it.

Our own business

E-Commerce Operation

This one has no client. The stores are ours: we own them and we operate them in-house, on our own account.

Running a store is a daily discipline rather than a project with an end date — catalogue and merchandising, product copy and imagery, category structure, pricing and promotion setup, and the routine checks that catch a broken payment path or a mispriced variant before a customer does.

Alongside that we look after the parts of a store that quietly decide whether it converts: page speed, mobile layout, the checkout flow, the clarity of shipping and returns information, and the accuracy of what a product page actually promises. Changes are made in small, reversible steps and reviewed against the numbers the store already reports.
